For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which all Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bets on the Platform are denominated.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all Platform operational matters including customer service hours and promotional schedules.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited under these Terms or applicable law.

Access to and use of the dew88 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during the period of your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. dew88 operates a strict 21+ policy with zero tolerance for underage gambling. Age verification is conducted at registration and may be repeated at any stage of your membership.
• Residency: The Platform is primarily intended for individuals resident in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that access to and participation in online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who are legally prohibited from entering contracts may not register an Account.
• Personal Use Only: Accounts may only be registered and used by the individual named at registration. Registration on behalf of third parties, corporate entities, trusts, or syndicates is strictly prohibited.
• Excluded Persons: Current and former employees of dew88, its affiliates, technology providers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold a Player Account.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) Account on the dew88 Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You agree to update your Account information promptly should any of these details change.

By submitting a registration, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided is truthful, accurate, and your own;
• You satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2;
• You are not registering on behalf of any other person or entity;
• You have not previously held an Account on the Platform that was suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms.

dew88 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Account activation may be subject to completion of the KYC process described in Clause 4.

dew88 is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawal requests and, in certain cases, before unrestricted platform access is granted. This process is commonly referred to as KYC (Know Your Customer).

You may be requested to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM).
• Proof of Age: As contained within the above identity documents confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three months, showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account, e-wallet, or card used to fund your Account, confirming ownership.

Documents must be submitted in a clear, legible format. dew88 may request additional documents if the initial submission is insufficient to satisfy verification requirements. Withdrawal requests will be held pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification. dew88 will not be liable for any delay in processing withdrawals caused by incomplete or inaccurate KYC submissions.

All Account deposits are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). dew88 accepts deposits via a range of local and international payment methods, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, Visa, and Mastercard.

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 25.000 per transaction.
• Maximum Deposit: Method-specific limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. Contact support for details on higher-volume deposit arrangements available to VIP members.
• Processing Time: Deposits via local bank transfer and Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your Account balance instantly or within minutes of confirmed receipt.
• Deposit Fees: dew88 does not charge fees on standard deposits. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
• Deposit Ownership: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger a KYC review and potential Account suspension.

dew88 reserves the right to return a deposit to its source payment method and close the associated Account if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the deposit originates from unlawful activity or violates the conditions above.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. dew88 processes withdrawal requests as follows:

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within three (3) minutes during WIB operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed at the start of the next operating period.
• KYC Requirement: First withdrawals and any withdrawal exceeding designated threshold amounts require satisfactory completion of the KYC process (Clause 4) before funds are released.
• Withdrawal Fees: dew88 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. Recipient bank or e-wallet fees, if any, are borne by the Player.
• Pending Bonus Wagering: Funds subject to an active Wagering Requirement (see Clause 7) may not be withdrawn until that requirement is fully met.

dew88 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending completion of additional identity or payment verification checks. In no circumstances will dew88 process a withdrawal to a third-party account or a payment method not previously used to deposit to the Account.

dew88 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback schemes, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to the Indonesian cultural calendar (including Idul Fitri, Imlek, Nyepi, Ramadhan, and Independence Day). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Individual promotions may specify higher or lower multipliers — refer to the promotion detail page for the applicable requirement.
• Time Limits: Bonus funds and associated Wagering Requirements expire 30 days after the bonus is credited unless otherwise specified. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games, sportsbook bets, and keno games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The applicable contribution rates are set out in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a specific promotion expressly allows stacking, only one active bonus may be held in an Account at any given time.
• Bonus Abuse: dew88 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including the use of low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage across bonus offers, and collusion between Accounts. Any Account found to be engaged in systematic bonus abuse will have bonuses revoked and may be permanently suspended.
• Modification & Withdrawal: dew88 reserves the right to modify the terms of any promotion or to withdraw it entirely at any time, with changes taking effect immediately for unclaimed bonuses.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the dew88 Platform. Product-specific rules (for the Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, Keno, and Bola Tangkas) are published separately within each product section and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets and wagers are accepted at dew88's sole discretion. A bet is confirmed only when the Platform has issued a written confirmation with a unique reference number. Verbal confirmations from support agents are not binding.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by product, market, and account tier. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Errors: dew88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an incorrect price or odds caused by a technical error, data feed failure, or human error, regardless of whether that bet has been confirmed. Affected Players will be notified and their stake returned.
• Technical Disruption: In the event of a technical failure during a live game or live betting event, dew88 will determine the outcome of affected bets in accordance with the relevant product rules and, where no clear outcome can be determined, will void the affected bet and return the stake.
• Sportsbook — Asian Handicap: Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to be settled as wins for the bet to return a profit; a void leg reduces the accumulator to the remaining active legs.
• Final Decision: The decision of dew88 on all matters relating to bet settlement is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process in Clause 15.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dew88 Platform. Engaging in any of the below activities may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-manual manner;
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players in card games, live dealer games, or any other interactive product to gain a collective advantage;
• Laundering funds through the Platform or using the Platform to disguise the origin of illegally obtained money;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals in respect of deposits made to the Platform;
• Using another person's payment method or Account without their explicit consent;
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse as described in Clause 7;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tool.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dew88 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

dew88 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in that document.

The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Indonesia-Resident Players: Nothing in this clause limits any statutory consumer protection rights you may hold under Indonesian law that cannot be excluded or waived by contract.
